 Kamagata usuba s polkrožno glavo je enostransko brušeno rezilo namenjeno rezanju zelenjave. Tradicionalno kovano rezilo je iz Yasuki blue edge steel 2 in ima osmerokotni ročaj, narejen iz temnega gostega lesa. Nož je ročno koval g. Keijiro Doi in gre za izdelek, ki spada v sam vrh Sakai nožev. Rezilo je cca 61-62 hrc trdote, namenjeno zahtevnejšemu uporabniku, ki zna ravnati z njim in skrbeti za njega.

Takayuki Aonikou Kamagata Usuba 210

Kamagata usuba with a rounded tip is a chisel ground blade designed for cutting vegetables. The traditional forged blade is made of Yasuki blue edge steel 2 and has an octagonal handle made of ebony wood. The knife is hand-forged by Mr. Keijiro Doi and it is a product which belongs to the top group of Sakai knives. The hardness of the blade is approximately 61-62 HRC and the knife has been designed for a more demanding user, who knows how to handle and maintain it.
