Mali kuhinjski nož, primeren za vse vrste opravil. Na Japonskem se uporablja predvsem za rezanje male plave ribe. Noži kuro-uchi serije so japonski  tradicionalni rustikalni noži. Nož je ročno kovan in primeren za prvi nakup tradicionalnega japonskega kovanega noža. Jeklo suj-2, iz katerega je kovano rezilo, ponuja izredne zmogljivosti, hrc 62, hkrati pa je zelo enostavno za brušenje. Rezilo potrebuje malo več nege. Po uporabi ga dobro sperite in osušite. Kurou-uchi ime se nanaša na zaključni videz rezila, ki je v zgornjem delu neobdelano in ima že razvito temno patino, ki rezilo ščiti. Ročaj je izdelan iz magnolije s plastičnim obročkom.

An excellent knife for all small kitchen tasks. This Ajikiri is an amazingly versatile little blade, officially intended for prepping small fish. Great for mackerel as well as herbs. Kuro-uchi series knives are traditional Japanese rustic knives. Its price is very good for the quality of a hand-forged knife. It is suitable for the first purchase of a traditional Japanese knife. The blade is forged in suj-2 steel, which offers incredible capacities, hardness is 62 HRC, and at the same time the knife is very easy to resharpen. The blade needs some extra care. After the use rinse it well and dry it. The name of kuro-uchi refers to the final look of the blade, which is unprocessed on the top and has already developed dark patina, which protects the blade. The handle is made in magnolia wood with a plastic ferrule.
